     The KMHS Slow Pitch Softball Booster Club was established to support the efforts of our coaches and players. This support takes the form of financial support (through annual membership dues, fundraising activities, and sponsorship marketing) and volunteerism.  There are many opportunities to become involved in the Kennesaw Mountain Mustang softball tradition.   Active participation in the booster club is your way to help our students achieve their goals.  The purpose of the booster club is to

  • Promote and support the varsity and junior varsity slow pitch softball program.

  • Work with the coaches and administrative staff to encourage student, parent and community attendance at Kennesaw Mountain High School slow pitch softball games.

  • Work under the direction of the Varsity coach to raise the funds necessary to ensure that the finest uniforms, equipment and facilities are available to the players.

  • Create an atmosphere that promotes academic and athletic achievement, and that promotes individual and school pride.

  • Serve in a supportive role that enable the coaching staff to dedicate its time to coaching and teaching.

  • Ensure that the booster club and its individual members provide support without becoming or attempting to become involved in the decisions that the coaching staff and the administration must make.
